OUR BACKGROUND
WHO WE ARE
Iron Horse Security is proudly Native-owned and operated, carrying the strength, teachings, and spirit of the people who came before us. As a Native-owned company, our heritage is not a label, it is the heartbeat of everything we do.
Our identity shapes how we treat people, how we do business, and how we protect the communities we are trusted to serve.
WE PROTECT WITH PURPOSE.
WE SERVE WITH HONOR.
WE LEAD WITH HEART.
ROOTED IN TRADITION,
BUILT ON RESPONSIBILITY
Our majority owner, Dan Beaver, has spent his life honoring Native culture through leadership, craftsmanship, and community service. A respected traditional artist, Dan creates pieces deeply rooted in Muscogee teachings, discipline, and ceremony. His work has been showcased across the country, including in the Smithsonian Museum, and one of his pieces was personally acquired by President Joe Biden and other dignitaries.
But Dan’s greatest work is in the values he brings to Iron Horse Security.
His commitment to cultural responsibility, community Service, and meaningful representation forms the foundation of who we are as a company.
We believe Native people, veterans, and individuals of all other nationalities deserve opportunity, dignity, and a respected place in the security industry, and Iron Horse Security was built to make that belief a reality.
WHY HERITAGE MATTERS TO US
For Native people, protection has always been a sacred responsibility. It is how we honor our ancestors, care for our families, and ensure the survival of our culture.
Security, for us, is more than a job:

It is protecting our communities with pride.

It is preserving the culture that defines us.

It is building a safer future for our children and elders.
We stand watch because our people have always protected one another. We lead because representation matters, especially in places where Native voices have been underrepresented for far too long.
SERVING AND STRENGTHENING NATIVE COMMUNITIES
Iron Horse Security actively partners with Tribal Nations across the region, not only to provide protection, but to create meaningful opportunities for Native people, veterans, and individuals seeking a pathway into the security profession.
We work with tribes to:
- Provide job training in the security field
- Create pathways to employment for Native workers and veterans
- Offer advancement and leadership opportunities
- Invest back into Native communities through service and cultural support
When we hire, train, and advance Native employees and veterans, we are not just filling positions, we are empowering our people.
When we support tribal events, programs, and organizations, we are giving back to the communities that raised us.
This is our responsibility.
This is our honor
Iron Horse Security is more than a company.
It is a Native legacy built with pride, guided by tradition, and driven by love for our people, and respect for all cultures, nationalities, and veterans we serve alongside.
We honor where we come from by the way we protect those around us.
And we will carry that promise forward, for generations to come.
